Food and Wine

Every ikatan spa guest is offered a welcome drink on arrival and a complimentary glass of champagne or pot of T2 tea after treatments while relaxing in the gardens. We have a wine list for you to select more beverage.

Enjoy morning or afternoon tea, light lunch, high tea, share platters, tasting plates or snacks before or after your spa treatments in one of our undercover pavilions set in lush tropical gardens.

High Tea requires a minimum order of 4 High Tea and 3 days notice as they are made personally for your group by the Chefs at Rolling Dolmade Catering.

Platters to be booked preferably no later than the day prior to having treatments, allowing us time to order and reserve a garden area for you. Taster plates and Nibbles available from menu on the day.

Wine List – available for you to purchase premium wine at $11.00 per glass, house champagne at $9.50 per glass, James Boags Premium Larger $9.50

Corkage – If you wish to bring a special bottle of bubbles or wine, corkage charge of $5.00 pp applies.

Chefs Selection or Personal choice High Tea Menu $42 pp

Minimum order for 4 people and 3 days prior booking is required by our chefs to prepare High Tea personally for your group. Less than 4 people, you are welcome to pay for 4 and eat or take home the extra High Tea.
