Prasanna, a Sanskrit word for clear, bright and tranquil or how you will feel with a foot, arm, hand and asian head massage. A great treatment to have with a friend or group of 4 or less, while you unwind and de-stress surrounded by nature seated in a large rattan chair in our garden room.

Everyone loves an ikatan Spa Foot Therapy, literally therapy for your feet which takes place in our communal garden room surrounded by nature where you relax in a large cushioned rattan chair for a foot soak, scrub and massage with a peppermint foot cream to feet and lower legs. Feet up, sit back and relax while you enjoy a meditative Asian head massage (with or without oil) using techniques from Balinese, Chinese, Japanese and Thai massage styles to release your mind and tension in the neck and upper shoulders.

Feel the tension release in your arms and hands as we massage with Saya organic hand and body lotion. Arms and hands always need a good massage especially if you work on devices or do a lot of physical work using your arms and hands. Tightness in the arms and hands can often relate to tension in the neck and shoulders.

An ideal treatment if you prefer not to remove your clothes during treatments, find laying down uncomfortable, are elderly, pregnant or for a group to be together.

Add a magnesium foot soak to this treatment for the wellbeing benefits it offers or a hair treatment, wear it home for longer conditioning and rinse out when you're ready.

Allow time before or after treatments to relax in the gardens with a complimentary glass of champagne (non alcoholic sparkling option) or pot of herbal T2 tea. We also have a boutique wine list, craft beer or sparkling water available to purchase.

If you are having a treatment finishing after 5:00 pm please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking to have your complimentary beverage in the gardens.

BOOK TAXI - Due to lack of Ubers or Taxis of an evening in Noosa, we advise you to pre-book or organise your return transport from ikatan Spa to your accommodation. Book for 6.15pm for treatments finishing at 6pm as our staff have their own family commitments and will leave ikatan Spa at 6.30pm

A few days prior to your booking, you will receive a text message from ikatan Spa to the mobile number provided for your booking. Scroll down and click on the safe link to our quick online health questionnaire and fill in the details pertaining to your treatments. We require the health information to be completed by everyone entering ikatan Spa prior to your arrival for spa treatments please. Your data is only used by ikatan Spa to prepare for your treatments.
