Policies & Procedures
We look forward to welcoming you to ikatan Spa! Ensuring everyone's health and safety is our top priority, so there are a few important details to share before confirming your treatments.
Our operating hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, and we're closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you haven't received a gift certificate, please check your spam/junk folder or give us a call at +61 7 5471 1199.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel without charge if you show any signs of illness or have been around unwell individuals. Cancelling within 24 hours or presenting symptoms on the day will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, gift visa cards, Apple Pay, and all credit cards with no surcharges.
You can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before your treatment date by calling +61 7 5471 1199 or replying "NO" to the text confirmation message.
We're here to assist you with your gift certificate, so please double-check the accuracy of your email address and phone number in the booking form. If you haven't heard from our reception team, check your junk or spam box.

Treatment Upgrades – everyone loves an upgrade and you will too when we offer you a VIP Upgrade, which are add during your ikatan Spa treatment or package to make the most of your relaxation time.
Complimentary Surprises – just because we love to thank our VIP guests for their loyalty to ikatan we often have unexpected giveaways for VIP guests only, when you visit ikatan Spa for treatments.
Priority bookings – if we can’t give you the booking time you prefer, you are added to the top of our waitlist.
Bring a Friend – A VIP Club guest can bring a friend with you for treatments and we will extend the VIP offer to them as your friend.
Monthly VIP Privilege Club Winners – At the end of each month we draw a VIP Winner from all the VIP guest who have visited ikatan Spa or purchased a gift certificate during that month. VIP guests could win prizes such as products, treatments, gift certificates, vouchers and so much more to help with your wellness.
How do you find out about VIP offers? We send a VIP Privilege Club e-news offer each month, but if you don’t want to be emailed you can ask about the VIP offer at time of booking or on arrival at ikatan Spa you can select from our in-house Upgrade Menu.
