At ikatan Spa we have a special parking space and an easy access gradient ramp for those who need easy access to our reception area.

With self opening entry doors our spacious receptions makes accessibility easy and welcoming.

Our accessible bathroom is off the wide hallway in reception area and easy access to our spacious guest lounge all of which is wheelchair accessible.

We have two single treatment rooms designed with accessibility in mind. Flat path access close to reception lead to both treatment rooms that have extra wide door access for easy wheel chair movability.

All treatment beds are wide Spa beds with hydraulic lift to help guests on and off beds, as well as for staff caring for their own safety, posture and comfort during your Spa treatments. The treatment rooms have accessible showers and change facilities. 

Gardens are great place to relax before and after treatments and we have easy wheelchair access to and in the gardens.

Support dogs are welcome to attend ikatan Spa with their owners provided we know in advance and can book one of the appropriate treatment areas for you and your support dog.

Booking: While we have accessible areas they are used for all guests, therefore we do need to know and understand your requirements at time of booking so that we can consider and advise you on best treatments and availability for your needs and reserve the appropriate treatment rooms for you when helping you with a booking.
