- Buying a gift for your 'MUM' please let us know her full name so we can search for her details if she loses her gift certificate

Policies & Procedures
We look forward to welcoming you to ikatan Spa! Ensuring everyone's health and safety is our top priority, so there are a few important details to share before confirming your treatments.
Our operating hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, and we're closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you haven't received a gift certificate, please check your spam/junk folder or give us a call at +61 7 5471 1199.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel without charge if you show any signs of illness or have been around unwell individuals. Cancelling within 24 hours or presenting symptoms on the day will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, gift visa cards, Apple Pay, and all credit cards with no surcharges.
You can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before your treatment date by calling +61 7 5471 1199 or replying "NO" to the text confirmation message.
We're here to assist you with your gift certificate, so please double-check the accuracy of your email address and phone number in the booking form. If you haven't heard from our reception team, check your junk or spam box.

Gift Card FAQ
How are gift certificates delivered?
A: Gift certificates are personalised PDF attachments emailed after we receive your order. They are not automatically generated, but you'll get an order receipt confirming your gift certificate order has been sent to ikatan Spa.
I haven't received my gift certificate. What should I do?
Please check your junk or spam box. If not found, contact us at ikatan Spa via email or phone, as your order might not have been received or your email was incorrectly sent.
Can I transfer or refund a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person by contacting us.
What if I need a specific treatment?
If you require a specific treatment, please add this information in the notes during the ordering process.
How long are gift certificates valid?
Gift certificates stating a treatment or package are honoured for one year from the purchase date. After one year, they revert to the original purchased dollar value for the following two years (total of 3 years).
