  Please note: Gift vouchers will be sent to the purchaser's email address provided on the order form.

   

  Once your gift voucher order clears the secure Stripe online banking, you will receive an order number (this is your payment receipt not the gift voucher number).

   

  We receive an email notification with the details you have listed in the Gift Voucher form to say who the gift is for, from and the dollar amount or package you are gifting.

   

  You can request a package or treatment in the ‘notes section’ when you get to checkout.

   

  All gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. If you select a treatment of package we honour the chosen treatment or package for one year at the purchase price, after a year it reverts to a dollar value for the following two years.

   

  If you are having trouble purchasing online, we understand and are happy to help you over the phone. Please call (07) 5471 1199 and our reception team will talk you through the steps online or organise to send or post a gift certificate for you.

   

  Please check your junk or spam box if it is not in your inbox or contact Ikatan Spa if you have not received the gift voucher within 24 hours.

   

  Gift Vouchers can be used for a dollar value towards treatments if the recipient does not want the treatments selected for them.

   

  Gift Vouchers can be transferred or shared with others.

  Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase products.

  Gift vouchers are not refundable.

  Hard copy Gift Vouchers can be posted for a $5 postal charge within Australia.
