45 minute Topical flower body treatment + 45 minute Balinese Massage + 30 minute Facial

As the seasons change, so do we at ikatan Spa. Our special treatments align with the seasons and summer is a particularly well suited time for a Balinese Day Spa in Noosa, where our gardens are bursting with frangipani trees in flower. We also create and make our own body treatments at ikatan Spa, often with traditional Balinese recipes but with Australian ingredients to provide fresh, quality treatments for the season.

Ceremony Body, Scrub and Wrap

Let us restore your skin with coconut oil, which is always a beautiful oil to work with as it has one of the smallest molecular structure and therefore absorbs easily when it is warmed. We use traditional ground rice blended with subtle, tropical frangipani milk as a gentle exfoliation for the skin to hydrate and exfoliate the skin. While cocoon in the body wrap, enjoy a soothing scalp massage to calm your mind.

Ease Away Tension with a Balinese Massage

After a warm shower, to rinse away the body scrub,  you will feel how soft your skin is to touch, before laying down on the fresh cotton sarongs ready for your therapist to return to the room for your 45 minute massage to the back of your body. As your therapist re-connects and presses her hands along your body it’s time to slip into relax mode and leave the work to us.

ikatan Spa Balinese massage combines a unique blend of stretching, long flowing strokes and forearm moves by your therapist, creating a massage that feels like we have more than two hands. Using warm oil and hands in this flowing massage to relax the body, mind and soul.

Plant-Based Calming Facial

Created by ikatan Spa, our Calming Facial is designed to relax and calm the tight facial muscles in your face that create a stressed appearance. Personalised for your skin by your Spa therapist after consultation. This mini facial feels longer than just 30 minutes and is a very relaxing way to finish any treatment.

Cleanse and mild peel that not only exfoliates but also hydrates at the same time. While the peel works it magic, drift away with more massage before soft mitts embrace your face to remove the peel, rose toner to remove residue . A calming lymphatic facial massage (which is in all our facials) will have your feeling calm as  we soften facial tension that creates the lines and wrinkles, before personalised finishing products are applied to your refreshed skin.

Personalise Your Treatment or Package with an Upgrade

Ask us about upgrading to a longer massage or facial or an anti-ageing facial. Maybe you would prefer a unique mantra, or chi massage or include magnesium oil or anti-ageing oil in this package for ultimate relaxation and improved wellness. We do not offer deep tissue or remedial massage at ikatan Spa as our focus is on relaxation.

Allow time before or after treatments to relax in the gardens with a complimentary glass of champagne, non alcoholic sparkling or pot of herbal T2 tea. We also have boutique wine list or local craft beer and sparkling water to enjoy in the gardens before or after treatments.
